If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Expedited delivery and handling charges or any custom changes made for the jewelry are nonrefundable. Only in some occasions we will accept a return after the 30 days of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee for merchandise purchase price return. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns after the 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Most of our rings come in size 7. We resize the rings for a small charge. If for any reason you return the ring, we do not refund the resizing charge.
Please follow these easy steps to return your item for return or exchange.
- Print a copy of your invoice and attach a note that states the reason for return.
- Please ship the item with tracking number, signature confirmation and insure for the value it's been paid for.
- The item(s) should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding custom fees, expedited delivery and handling charges).
