For our International Customers our return policy is you have 30 days after receiving the item to make a decision on keeping the item or sending back for a full refund, no questions asked.Any customs changes to the item, as for sizing, custom changes to the ring or earrings, aren’t refundable. Also the customs fees and shipping are not refundable. If you have your item sized and you will not be refunded for the sizing and you will need to pay the sizing it back down to its original size. We will not refund any items that are returned, worn or used; tags must still be on item for full refund.Only in some ocations we will exept a return after the 30 days of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee for murchandise purchase price return. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns after the 30 days of purchase.
